BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

£10 non-refundable deposits have always been required however I have been too soft and let this slip for 99% of my clients.
Recently the amount of no shows has shot up meaning
1 - I have arranged child care/ missed out on time with Bo for no reason👎🏼
2 - I have lost out on money ( this is my only income at the moment) 👎🏼
3 - turned away other client’s potentially wanting your appointment.

Sooo from now on, you will not be able to book an appointment without a £10 NON REFUNDABLE deposit. A huge thank you to all my loyal clients/friends, I’m sorry this has to affect you🥺
