Glorious porpoise cosplay

Happy 2024! Exciting things lie ahead, including a Dalek invasion at The Tank museum in Bovington, on 10th- 11th February, which it was lovely to be asked to attend again. The 13th Doctor will be trying to keep the Daleks under control, so we’ll see how that goes!
Here’s a photo from an event at Cockington Hall just before Christmas, in front of a screen used TARDIS, which was beautiful!

It’s was a very busy 2022. I’ve been to many Comic-Cons and have met up with lots of friends, both new and old. Southern Troopers had a very successful year and we had a lot of fun trooping together. I’ve been welcomed into the Helicopter museum family and have been privileged to become part of True Butterflies cosplay team.
Let’s hope 2023 will be as much fun!

It’s all a bit quiet at the moment cosplay wise. I’m just waiting for July, when events will ( hopefully) be happening again!
I did buy a new Captain Marvel suit from a lovely gentleman in America, who had to sell it to pay for an operation. It makes you glad that we have an NHS!

This time, last year, was the last time, that I attended a Comicon. But we went out with a bang!
We managed to assemble Avengers in the cosplay competition ( including Stan Lee and Nick Fury) and have a fabulous time.
It’s been a rather dramatic year since but I’m hoping that we will all get to meet up soon.

Had a lovely time doing an Avengers photo shoot today. A socially distanced, fun time was had by all!
