We had the pleasure of providing private dining for 20 on Friday. The guests looked superb in their black tie attire.

Amuse Bouche:
- Cornish Scallop with truffle dauphinoise

Starter:
- Trio of crab 🦀

The main event:
- Beef Wellington
- Cornish hake with crispy Fowey mussels
- Creedy Carver Chicken breast with Indian spiced confit leg chana masala
- Rack of lamb and slow cooked lamb pithivier (not pictured)

Dessert:
- Trio of puddings (Salcombe bitter chocolate mousse / lemon posset / coffee choux bun

To finish:
Southwest Cheese board
Filter Coffee / Fresh Peppermint Tea

Sea bass with moules mariniere sauce served with a delicious chive mash and tenderstem. A perfect meal for a summer evening!

Sharing / grazing boards are a fantastic way to start a meal on special occasions. They are fun, a little less formal and always go down a treat. They can be provided in larger or smaller boards to suit your requirements and designed to compliment the rest of the meal.

There is something special about a fresh piece of perfectly cooked fish. This is a firm favourite, Cornish hake served with dauphinoise potatoes, heritage carrots and a wild garlic salsa verde. Just look at those crispy pieces of potato 🤤.

The main event - The Chart Room

- Scallops and black pudding with carrot and brown butter purée, finished with a dash of chive oil.
- Pork tenderloin wellington served with dauphinoise potatoes, tender-stem and carrots, finished with leek and grain mustard sauce.
- Raspberry mousse, sorbet and shortbread.

Last night’s cold grazing boards, served on The Terrace for Jazz Night. A fantastic way to enjoy a warm summer’s evening.

Canapés made today for

- Marinated anchovy and confit heritage tomato crostini

- Devon crab Arancini with curried mayonnaise

- Roasted pepper frittata with whipped goats cheese

- Sausage Rolls
