So here is the first draft of our Menu... it is a work in progress, and as there will be minimal staff to begin with, I have adapted the Menu accordingly🥰

This Menu is bound to change throughout the course of our journey, and the selection of food and prices are not set in stone...

It's been a while... and all I can do is apologise, but I needed the rest! 🙏

I am back! And after all the obstacles I have faced in this past year, I have decided to open a instead of the restaurant.
It's been a really difficult decision for me to go down this route instead of the restaurant, but we are in need of a gluten free premises in Plymouth, and I am determined to get us there!! 💪

I am committed to making sure this will go ahead, and you will be visiting my 100% Cafe in the very near future! ☕

Thank you for all your support last year... and here's to new beginnings!! 😁

This next week, for me, will be a rest week. I am going to have a break from everything, and focus on me. Otherwise... we will never have the gluten free restaurant that we all deserve!

I realised today that I have not given myself a break since my dad passed away in March, I have been so focused on the restaurant opening and other bits and pieces that life brings... I have been forgetting about me. So next week you will not hear from me. This is not because I have given up, or do not appreciate all of your support. Because I really do! And I definitely have not given up. Just need to recharge myself!

I recently found a premises that I thought may have potential, and it has been a lot more stressful than I had realised. So... it's not the one for me. Onwards and upwards after a little break for my body and mind.

Who would like to see a 100% gluten free breakfast available in Plymouth?

I am asking the question as we are working out our opening hours... and you guys have been so helpful with your engagement... I am also not interested in competing with other businesses if there are Plymouth based cafe's and restaurants that you feel already provide a good selection of gluten free breakfast options that you can trust. 👍
(I don't get out much! 🤣 As I am not a very trusting coeliac - been let down too many times I think!) So I need your opinions once again I am afraid! 🤗🙏

I still love it when I get asked if I can eat meat and potatoes...I used to try and explain but now I just laugh 👍

How many bbq's have you been to where you've taken your own little disposable bbq and sat in the corner making sure you don't get ill?! ... I know you're pain!

A few things have come up recently which have put a slight hold on the developments of the business and the opening - but I will not give up or let it phase me!

I have been on the receiving end of judgement, bullying and just plain ignorance because of my coeliac disease. I will not be phased by a few bumps in the road, as I will not stop until I can provide the gluten free restaurant that is so needed!
