Another upgrade this week , from a 24kw combi to a 30kw Baxi 800 series with hive controls , customer very happy with the massively improved hot water ,

Todays boiler change , old 20 year old ideal boiler (definitely done its work )
Replaced with a Baxi 800 series combi 2 ,
Tenant was so happy with good hot water again ,
And his thermostat set to 25 😂,

Latest upgrade carried out today , boiler change from heat only , open vent system , to Baxi combi 830 , 10 year warranty, with hive controls
And 8 new radiators and valves to go with it , customers gonna be toasty come the winter , if the summer ever comes 😂,

I would just like to wish all my customers , old and new , a very MERRY Christmas and a fantastic new year , and would like to thank you all for your continued support.

I will be enjoying Christmas myself with my family , but will be available in the period between Christmas and new year for anyone

Recent boiler upgrade , we removed a alpha boiler And replaced it with a Baxi 830 combi 2 with 10 years warranty, also swapped the towel rail , like for like and replaced the bathroom basin taps ,
Customer very happy ,

Latest boiler install , old 17 year old Brittany boiler out and fitted new Baxi 830 combi 2 with hive controls , lovely little job to do , and to top it off they are the owners and jasmine thai and English cafe and was treated to dinner for the day , perfect day

Worcester Bosch erp repair , customer complained of intermittent hot water , so I replaced the plate heat exchanger and gave it a service and changed a fault burner seal , which was spilling fumes into the combustion chamber , should get plenty more years from this boiler now ,

Been a while since I updated , here’s some of the boiler changes we did last year , a old baxi 105he which I fitted 18 years ago , got replaced with a 830.
,Also some nicely hidden pipe work for a customer who just didn’t like pipes 😂, and some standard swaps , all these had the 10 year warranty parts and labour baxi 800 series boiler fitted with aluminium heat cell, and hydrogen ready , complete with hive thermostat or Honeywell. Boiler upgrade , I fitted the previous baxi 105e a little over 20 years ago has a apprentice, it was a little tired so we upgraded to the baxi platinum boiler with filter and wireless controls , hope for another 20 years from this one ,

A couple of different services I’ve carried out this past week , old glow worm back boiler and fire , and a Worcester greenstar , new seals and all tested , to carry on working for another year ,

Fresh install today , old multi fuel boiler disconnected and fitted new baxi 830 combi with hive controls , customer very happy with just being able to turn a switch on instead of making the fire up

After the last one I did (fire and back boiler) , I got plenty of calls and messages off people asking to look at there boilers and fires for servicing and repairs , one particular one was for a lady of 97 years old, who depended on her old gas fire everyday, she’s been sat there after a previous engineer broke parts and isolated it , leaving her using some heaters , (she really wasn’t keen on the idea of upgrading her boiler )
So I attended and a hour or so later , she was over the moon and had her fire back
and a old working again

Recent bathroom I’ve been on with this past week or two, full new suite and shower fitted , and all tiling (not done by me)
