2024, seriously wow.
To be honest i never expected to make it passed 1987.
Just want to thank everyone for your support throughout the last few years its meant the world to me and i know it did to Kim as well.
This year brings changes and The Old Ruffdog is upping sticks and heading westward to the Emerald Isle, music is as vital as water over there and i look forward to fully immersing myself in the music art and culture of the land and her wonderful people, its been a long held dream to move there and i cant quite believe its happening, i hope to still come back to visit and play gigs though, so dont start celebrating just yet you are not totally shot of me
any way i wish you all love luck health and happiness .

Fly them home kick them out
no room at the inn the gammons shout
we stand with the right to hate to fight
bring violence to the streets civil war we ignite

we stand on our island we stand for our right
to spit on your existence to s***f out the light
Our arrogant assumptions our ignorance and denial
The fires of Downing street bequest the witch trial

Dont walk down our streets or drink in our pubs
Dont slave for a pittance while dressed in your scrubs
we will turn on your kindness your compassion is lost
Just leave us to rot here just leave at all costs

The Sound of our boots the rivers of blood
red and black in our hearts, the true brotherhood
Dont sleep for a second we will burn your home down
destroy all the progrees
no more common ground

And when we are done
when our land is made free
when the only flag flying is stupidity
well then we will kneel and wail and scream
Alone on an island
This supremicist dream

we turn on each other, your eyes or hair colour
you talk with an accent it marks you another
the north hate the south the borders
now guarded
a civil war raging all reason discarded

and finally we have our land burnt scarred and shattered
but the walls we have built mean our families are scattered
the north for the north the south for the south each county alone no travel allowed

Wait that street is trouble we always have said
so they should go to theyre better off dead
and each house a castle a bordered up prison
this land is a lesson if only you would listen.

Only monsters, evil unfeeling soulless inhuman creatures of darkness could ever believe they are justified in taking a life from another.
If we are ever going to progress as a species the human race needs to change radically , end war end religion end borders, end extreme wealth , every human being has the right to food water shelter and to not live in fear.

We are building a world of hatred of intolerance of bigotry of racism of sexism of( to quote a certain cheeky scouse mophead) thism and thatism, why? because it divides the people, it keeps us weak and angry and it gives the very few control over the many oh and it makes them richer than they already are.
look for the good, search for the common ground. Try and understand we are all the same inside, just miniscule flesh n blood dots living a fleeting existence on a teeny rock spaceship in the vastness of the unknown.
Live for peace, for love and for the good of each other and the home we inhabit.

But on the other hand no body is bombing the crap out of where i live and telling me and my family friends and fellow countrymen we dont have the right exist because some one who lives in the same country did some s**t stuff, which is lucky really cus there is lots of s**t stuff done in our collective name, aint there UK?
