A recent bathroom install in a rental property including plastering, decoration and flooring.

This landlord wanted something modern yet practical and hardwearing.

Aqua panels are great alternative to tiles and can cost a fraction of the price if you’re looking to save money.

A fixed shower screen coupled with a good quality rail and curtain is, in our opinion, the best solution to prevent water escaping from the shower area.

We would always recommend installing a good quality bath that is strong and will remain stable. This will help keep the sealant in place.

Here we have installed a custom built shower tray complete with bi-folding door, new tiles floor to ceiling and a new shower with riser-rail, hose and head.

This tray has made good use of the space, which was important to our customer 👌🏼

BOILER CONDEMNED! ⚠️

Not all boilers are safe to run and an annual gas safety inspection / service will allow us to check the condition of the gas appliances within your home.

New combination boiler installed in the loft for this lovely customer!

Great way to save space in the house and can be controlled by the wireless programmable room thermostat.

All radiators have been upgraded with thermostatic valves to help with the efficiency of the system!

This is such a busy time of the year for us now the cold weather is setting in, lots of new boilers needed and the last few of the year being installed over the next couple of weeks, just in time for the festive period! 🎄🔥🎁🎅🏼

Here we have installed a modern white suite with a back to the wall toilet, concealed cistern and built in vanity unit.
Spot the deck mounted shower attachment for when you want the use of a shower head but don’t want it in view!
Grey wall tiles floor to ceiling and grey floor tiles!

Making good use of a small space!

This en-suite has been installed as a wet room to maximise the floor space and, along with the tiles running along the floor and up the back wall, give the illusion of a bigger room.

We love these mosaic tiles and grey tones 🤩

This week we’ve had our vans sign written - look out for us around Bournemouth and Poole attending to all your plumbing and heating needs!

Here we have a wrongly installed shower which had leaked heavily for the landlord. The tiling had blown and sealant split.

A new framed wall was built to meet the actual tray size and aqua panelling installed to cover the damaged tiles. A new sliding shower door to complete the new water tight area.
