Apologies for not been able to park near there this afternoon, I have been told by the environmental officer I am still very close to the local takeaway in the village precinct and do not allowed to park there.

For the attention of customers near Robin Hey Leyland:-
It’s was nice meeting you and a pleasure serving you all traditional fish and chips last Tuesday 20th June. I was happy that I found a nice spot to park my chippy van. However, that evening, I did received a complaint from the chip shop across the road telling me I have parked too close to his shop. Therefore, I can not park there anymore.
I will be looking for another spot near Robin Hey for Tuesday tea time but this will be in a couples weeks time. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I will update post when I find a place near you. Thank you.

Friday 3rd March went to Kingsfold serving mobile fish and chips to the local residents. 😃Thank you for those who came to see me, hope you like and enjoy your chippy dinner. 😋
A big apology for those who wanted fish and I ran out of it, 😰 even my grand children came to have fish and chips and I have non for them, 🙁but they’ve enjoyed their chips, sausage and chicken nuggets with curry sauce instead.
Also a big thank you for your patient waiting in the cold. 🥶
There are still lots of things I want to change to the van so I can work better, faster to cook and serve customers. this will take time though.
Any review will be welcome for the good or the bad. I will keep up the good work and change the bad to better. 😊

Today 24.2.23 fish Friday, took my van out to Kingsfold area cooking traditional fish and chips for the local customers. Once again, all the customers were very kind to me, waited patiently for their order.
Still have lots to do to the van and business, eg. sorting out new menu, sourcing stocks, opening hours, upgrading appliances etc. For now, serving delicious fresh cook food is priority.
Good or not so good reviews are greatly welcome so I can carry on or to improve on cooking, service and customer interaction. Thank you for all the customers came to see me today. Very much appreciated. 😊

Today, we took the chippy van out around kingsfold for a trial run. So far so good but still have room for improvement. Thank you for those customers for their orders. Good and bad reviews are very welcome so I can improve for next time. Your custom is much appreciated. 😃🙏🏻

Hello everyone. Just bought this chippy van, setting it up and will be going around South Ribble area in Preston serving Traditional fish and chips supper. I have 40 years plus experience in the catering trade. Running a mobile catering van is new to me though. So I am very excited about the new venture.
