As we venture into new territory within the pharmaceutical industry, a realm we never anticipated exploring given our focus on retail and hospitality, it is truly refreshing to work with such a wonderful client, doing some incredible work.
Our journey has taken us through the vibrant landscapes of the Lake District, Midlands, and Wales, culminating in an invitation to their impressive head office 😍😳
We ran an interactive session on psychological safety, with a twist!
How can we build psychological safety when we don’t have the relationship . So…. We successfully connected with our audience, fostering relationship, building trust and delving deeper into the person behind the title.

Great 4 day solo trip across Germany 🇩🇪 through Austria 🇦🇹 meetings with colleagues from across Aldi….. and also meeting some English colleagues too 😍.
Finally landing in the most stunning part of Austria 😍 to run at training session for the fabulous international team….on how to empower our teams. I simply love working with so many diverse people from all of the world ❤️. It’s amazing how people quickly submerged themselves as soon as the activities come out !! oh…, and of course a bit of learning and reflecting too! 😜 Now time for home and a well earned 🍺

What a great day it was yesterday! Despite the chilly weather, and we dodged the rain ☔️ the team from Enviro Systems was determined to make the most of it. They were eager to spend the day building relationships, reconnecting with colleagues and, most importantly, having an absolute blast together. Nothing could dampen their spirits on this joyous occasion 👍😊

Working with the litigation dream team from Napthens LLP in outdoor settings most definitely builds trust, and collaboration! Some team members conquering some big challenges😳 👊 whilst others loved getting out of the office to strengthen connections and have a right good giggle 😂

I absolutely love my job! One of the things that brings me the most joy is developing teams and leaders. There's something incredibly rewarding about helping others unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. When you approach your work with a genuine desire to help others, to give kindness and to make their lives a little bit better, you can create a ripple effect of positivity that can spread far beyond your immediate circle. 🥰
Whether it's coaching a new team member or mentoring an up-and-coming leader, I find that investing in people is one of the best wavs to make a positive impact in the workplace, and the world ❤️
