Finishing touches on fascia plus mineral coat on top deck and sides completed by roofing contractor. Internal water damage repairs to follow as phase 2. 😀😀💯

Flat roof project, Full deck replacement and new torch on felt layers.. The original roof had started showing signs of damage due to the age and had been leaking through so this was the time to carry out the upgrades ready for winter and the years to come ahead.

Matchbox lorry project from the beginning to the end. Have to say very much enjoyed the time doing this project including the hours that had to be put in 😀😀. Another one will be done soon??...

Flooring project as a joint effort between MPD general building and PACF. Nearly ready to have skirting boards fixed inn.

Double wardrobes built on site with sprayed satin finish doors

Built in wardrobe systems. Double built in wardrobe with hanging space/ Double internal drawer Unit/ Matching colour scheme from woodwork, spray finished satin. Configuration designed to clients specifications.

Room put back to its original layout before work start.

Internal sleeper wall rebuild, followed by the antique floor re-installation which was removed to make access for building works. Floor boards had to be sanded back so new vanish could be used.

Built in T.v cupboard with shaker doors and floating shelves with hidden brackets

New wardrobe doors, pre-finished and matching the style from existing doors ( Todd doors). This project involved changing one pair of wardrobe doors with limited access to the inside layout, Adding the second pair of doors and shifting the frame positions making the access to the internal layout more purposeful for the client.

This wardrobe was built in a very tight for space box room, having the fly-over shelf and storage above help the client to maximise bed space, finished wardrobe pic,s to follow once coatings are finished!..

New project almost complete(t.v stand and bookcase fitted into an area which used to have the original staircase for the house positioned before it was moved to create more space).
