I've had a busy week this week. I was asked last week if I could do an 18th birthday cake with Bueno theme. Here we have all things bueno 😋

The brief for the 16th birthday cake was dark blue and gold and it had to be chocolate cake, this was waaaay out of my comfort zone but I like a challenge and I'm pretty pleased with this one.

I've had my environmental health check today. Only went and got a food hygiene rating of 5, so pleased 😆

I've been a busy baker the last few weeks. Toblerone inspired chocolate birthday cake, chocolate mini's with chocolate buttercream and toblerone ganache...a chocoholic dream! Various cupcakes, lemon meringue blondies and Jammy dodger blondies 🥰

Fathers day orders are being taken but please bare in mind I work full time so be quick to avoid disappointment 😘

Chocolate treats for my work family today 😋

So it's just a few weeks until Fathers Day, and I'm taking orders now. Here is a 'semi naked' trial I did with a 4 inch chocolate cake. It has Nutella filling with Nutella and vanilla buttercream, and it's the perfect sharing size for up to 4 people.

I've got lots of ideas, including cupcakes, traybakes, bento boxes, and treat boxes.

So this bank holiday weekend I have made my very first vegan cake for a colleagues birthday 🎂 I've learned ALOT about ingredients doing this. I'm hoping it tastes as good as it looks 😋

I also made custard cream blondies, I've never had a blondie before, they are gorgeous 😍

I'll be offering treat boxes and I'm also going to be trialling the postal service soon.

Hellllo! Thank you so much for your support. On this page I will be sharing all my bakes with you. When I started baking again, I had no intention of starting a little business, however, I was overwhelmed with positive feedback from family and friends.

I thought about it for a while before registering with the local council. I also obtained level 2 food hygiene and allergen certificates.
