We can't believe we have to make this post. The staff at Court Cafe work extremely hard and are fantastic. They do not deserve to be verbally abused by customers. Today, we were informed that a customer became irate with the cafe staff after they couldn't dictate the prices they wanted to pay. This ended up upsetting a staff member, and that doesn't sit right with me.

These days, it’s difficult to price items on the menu while trying to balance the cost of staff wages, suppliers, energy, rent, VAT, etc., all while giving customers value for their money. The staff do not set the prices; if there are any complaints, please bring them to the attention of the cafe managers/owners. We have zero tolerance for verbal abuse towards staff.

We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment for both our customers and our team. Let's remember to treat each other with kindness and respect.

We will be open on Wednesday on our normal hours, 9 AM to 4 PM.

We will be closing the café at 2:30 PM on Friday, 7th June; Saturday, 8th June; and Sunday, 9th June. This is due to uncertainty about the current racing schedule, as it is unknown if weekend staff can attend due to travelling from the other side of the course. Additionally, it's been a long, busy couple of weeks, and we don't want to work our staff above their limit. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will be closed Monday, 10th & Tuesday 11th June and will be back to our normal hours from Wednesday, 12th June.
