Left hand manifold taken out to replace a blocked expansion hose.

🔥New Boiler installation.

This boiler boiler was due and upgrade and had done really well for its age. Our client will see an big difference on energy bills with a condensing boiler, system flush and digital programmable thermostat.
All swapped for a brand new Ideal Logic max with a 10 years warranty parts and Labour.

🚿💧 Bathroom Installation

Carried out towards the end of last year for some fantastic clients of ours. We completely removed the old bathroom and fitted a brand new toilet, sink, bath and shower.

Thank you to DCA plastering LTD who worked with us on this job.

💧🚿 Replacement Shower Screen with Anti slip shower tray carried out a few weeks ago for one of our clients.

The old shower had been leaking and the door hinges had failed. Clients really happy with the outcome.

💧🔥 Heating, Gas and plumbing works all carried out on this job for one of our clients. New Kitchen with all new appliances and vertical radiator to save on wall space.

🔥 Boiler relocation from the loft to the Garage for a lovely family in Margate. Big push to get this one done by the team with a couple of late nights. The clients are over the moon with the outcome.

New controls, full rewire and replacement worn/leaking parts

🔥 Boiler service with a few boiler parts.

This boiler was under a yearly contract through another company. The boiler has been maintained poorly and failed to be serviced correctly. Our client thought they needed a whole new boiler, but it just needed a bit of TLC!

New expansion vessel, prv seal, automatic air vent, burner seal, insulation panel,electrodes and a full service.

Boiler running like new and saving our client an unnecessary new boiler.

🔥 New boiler fitted over the bank holiday weekend after an emergency call out!

🔥 Old boiler was 23 years old and the part required was obsolete.

🔥 Using the thermal imaging camera to capture some stubborn cold spots on the radiators, all now have been removed, massively improving the efficiency of the heating output.

The radiators and system are now running much more efficiently with the cold spots removed.

We carry out a thermal imaging inspection on every boiler service.

New Combination boiler swap with system cleanse carried out a few weeks ago. Complete change around of pipework making accommodation ready for the underfloor heating manifold downstairs.

This particular boiler comes with a 10year warranty with Hive controls for great control from a smart device. Giving our customers peace of mind from any future breakdown costs.

Lots of magnetite/sludge removed from the system. Increasing the systems efficiency and removing any cold spots on the radiators.

It’s been a while since I’ve last posted. Take a look at this job that was completed back in December.
We really enjoyed this one as it was a boiler relocation to the loft to free up some much needed space downstairs.
