Oil leak from this ford transit.
Oil leaking from injector seals in the cam cover.

Carried out replacement of new cam cover, new injector copper washers, injector leak off o rings, injector bolts.

Also carried out an interim service. All done at the customers work place to minimise down time.

Ford focus. Customer could smell exhaust gasses in the cabin.

Identified turbo to be leaking from the centre of the housing.
New turbo fitted along with all gaskets and turbo feed pipe.

Fiat 500 for loss of drive. Vehicle wouldn’t move when in gear.
Removed gearbox and found clutch springs had worn meaning the clutch wouldn’t disengage.
New clutch kit fitted getting the customer back on the road.

Nissan qashqai for a timing chain replacement.
Tensioner fully extended and not touching the guide.
Chain was stretched and the guide had broken up.

New main chain kit fitted along with new oil pump chain and tensioner replaced.

Ford transit for a lower suspension arm replacement due to it failing the mot on the debonded bush.

Full service on this mini.

Nissan skyline for an mot and oil and filter change.

Cam cover and spark plugs replaced on this mini.

BMW 320 for ABS light on.
Fault for offside rear wheel speed signal.
Found pick up wheel on the driveshaft to be damaged and touched the wheel speed sensor.
New drive shaft and wheel speed sensor installed rectifying the issue.
Carried out an mot after the repairs.

Focus st225 for some repairs before the customers trackday.

Camshaft seals had been replaced before by the look of it but not correctly causing the leak.

X2 camshaft oil seals
Front crank shaft oil seal
Cambelt and water pump
5 piece silicone hose kit
RS oil cooler
Turbosmart turbo actuator set at 10psi preload

Vauxhall corsa for loss of power. Clutch slipping very bad. Clutch plate had almost worn down the Rivets. New clutch kit installed getting the vehicle back to full health.

Ford fiesta for a timing belt and water pump replacement.

Noise under braking on this Mazda. Rear pads had worn low and damaged the discs.
New discs and pads fitted rectified the vehicle faults.

Vauxhall astra, noise from the rear brakes.
Offside rear caliper seized causing the pads to wear down the the metal.
New pads and discs installed along with a new caliper.

Range Rover evoque. Rear caliper seized causing a noise from the rear. New caliper and brake pads installed.

Wipers not working on this Dacia.
When switch activated wiper arm start to move then stop.
Found wiper linkage seized, managed to remove linkage and split it down, clean out nylon bushings and re grease. Sorting the issue in the same visit.

Ford focus for an interim service.

Ford kuga for rear brake discs and pads replaced due to advisory for the mot.

Ford kuga eml on and loss of power. Fault for dpf pressure sensor. On data logger sensor reading -2kpa and signal erratic. New oem sensor fitted bringing the readings back in line to 0 on idle and Upto 10kpa at 3000rpm. Also carried out a forced static dpf regen to bring soot levels back down.

Ford transit call out for a coolant leak. Found a split in one of the hoses. Made a temporary repair until a new hose could be sourced and fitted, replaced hose with an oem part.

Landrover discovery for an interim service and front discs and pads replaced.

Hyundai Kona for a service and mot along with front brake pads replaced.

Honda crv for a replacement anti roll bar link and cv boot clip replacement.

Ford transit, vehicle cutting out and stalling.
Fuel metering valve at fault. New valve fitted and pump learn carried out rectifying the problem for the customer.

Interior door handle cable replaced on this Audi.

Rear brake pads replaced on this infinity.

Ford focus for EML on. Fault present for catalyst efficiency below threshold indicating the catalytic converter to be at fault due to it not working as well as it should.
New oem cat fitted.
One of the bolts to the turbo had stripped threads. Drilled and tapped the thread and used and stud and nut to secure.

Full service and mot for this Vauxhall zafira

Ford kuga, intermittent loss of power and warning lights illuminated. Lots of communication codes present and multiple modules not responding to the instrument cluster and signs of corrosion on the circuit board. Sent the cluster away for repair getting the kuga back on the road and saving the customer a fair amount of money over a new unit.
