Hi everyone! I'm Katie and I teach online pilates, stretching and personal training through my website.
I'm a 2x Olympian and Former GB athlete, very passionate about health and wellbeing and have 9 years of coaching experience at all levels.

Itβs great to see the sun in the morning due regulating our circadian rhythms (body clock)π
And of course to do a form of exercise in the sun such as walking, gardening or running πͺ΄ πββοΈ

Whether you have just recovered from covid, have mental illness, have a long term health problem or are just generally burnt out- always do the best thing for YOU and not anyone else.
Because itβs true, sometimes rest is EXACTLY what we need! And who is Instagram or anyone else to make us feel otherwise.
Itβs approaching the weekend. If you want to stay in and chill- do it! Look after yourself as a priority π

I want to share with you some news about what's happening in January and beyond:
To start the new year off, I'm offering two free Sunday morning pilates sessions on both Sunday 3rd and Sunday 17th January at 10:00am GMT. To book on please click the link below- feel free to invite friends/family members to join in.
I'm also offering 20% off 1-1 sessions and individual classes throughout January. To receive the discount just sign up to my mailing list on my website!
From January 4th I will be adjusting my timetable slightly and adding in a new HIIT pilates/barre class at lunchtime (date/time TBC).
Any classes that where I cannot be there due to other work commitments will now be uploaded to my on-demand library and the link will be shared prior to the date of the planned session.
