Vacancy for a Soft Landscaping Contracts Manager

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of 20 active sites at any given time, alongside other contracts managers. You will also be the main point of contact for the client and all key stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for 25 employees. Sites will vary from smaller bespoke developments, up to major developments that consist of several hundred plots together with SANG and POS areas.

Salary: £40-£45k dependent on experience plus bonus scheme and company vehicle.

Kennet Landscapes are looking for an Junior Contracts Manager. The Junior Contracts Manager will work as part of a well established team in overseeing and managing our soft landscaping contracts. You will assist the operations team and be given a full development program to support you in becoming a Contracts Manager, including SSSTS qualification.

Salary: Up to £30k – £35k dependent on experience plus bonus scheme and company vehicle.
