Bespoke and made to measure bridal and occasion wear, unique designs created to inspire and empower.
What a delight today to receive these stunning photos from my fabulous bespoke bride Karla
Karla and her husband Peter eloped in Venice with a small party of friends. Karla’s brief was for a ‘life dress’, a piece she could wear again and enjoy, well, for life.
This felt like the perfect way to describe what I want to achieve from & it was an added bonus she choose one of favourite colours! I have always wanted to create an emerald green gown!
It’s a pleasure to share these absolutely epic images with you! there’s more to come, these are just a few!
Excellent advice from my lovely friend Holly at Wild Moments Floral Design
Anyone else a fan of A Court Of Thorns and Roses? I read them a while back but I’m currently listening to the audiobooks in my studio. Seems like it’s going to be a bit of a wait for the next book. Whose story do you think will be next? I’m hoping they do Elaine’s story next
These images from the shoot are just divine! When Kat asked me to create a dress for a shoot in Vegas I had to say yes. I got married in Vegas back in 2016 and knew this would be a really cool project to be involved in. I like to try and reuse fabric as much as I can so brilliantly this dress was made from a pair of silk curtain someone gave to me. I machine washed the fabric to give it a slightly softer more worn look which worked perfectly with the historical vibe of the venue.

Am I the only person not at all interested in football? 😂 I much prefer looking at pretty dresses on instagram…currently scrolling back in my photos to these gorgeous photos from gorgeous wedding
Looking forward to sharing this fabulous gown for one of my bespoke clients ❤️ I love a colourful dress!
Francesca Bridgertons dress was a thing of beauty! So many gorgeous details like the tiny pearls on the shoulders and the delicate laces. I wish I could find better images of it! I loved Penelope’s too (& she is 100% my favourite character along with Eloise) but Francesca’s was absolutely stunning! The costume team did themselves proud this season, the whole series was as such a visual delight! Also loving the direction it’s taking, the representation of disability and LBGTQIA+ 🥂
While I try to decide which of my favourite looks from the Met gala to post I’ll introduce these beautiful blue eyed girls who joined our family this week 🥰 we surprised our children with them on Monday. My daughter is in love. She named them Ginny and Luna ❤️
Farewell Iris 💔 your incredible style and inspiration shall live on through all you inspired. What an amazing woman and icon 🩷
Happy new year my lovely friends and followers! My Christmas and NY was filled with family and friends, utter chaos with my little ones and many glasses of wine!
2023 was a challenging year, the film industry closed down which took away huge part of my work and the wedding industry has its own challenges with economic pressures. On top of that I was at last diagnosed with ADHD after years figuring out why my brain works differently. But this year I’m feeling positive, I’m back to work next week, work is coming in and I’m starting to fully understand how I need to work with my neurodiverse brain.
I’m so excited to work with some wonderful brides this year on some totally unique creations. I’ve got an exciting shoot coming up with a new design and the ideas are flowing, here’s to 2024!
Inside couture! Working on a gorgeous dress for a client at the moment. I always love to see how couture garments are constructed. There’s so much detail and lots of beautiful hand sewing
Oh my god, in this look!! 🔥 this is talent right there!
Woo hoo!!! It’s up at last! You can now see all my sample dresses for sale on my website! It’s taken me so long to figure out how to do everything 😂 (thanks ADHD) but it’s done! I’ll try and list each one on here over the next week too. If you want to know anything at all please give me a shout!

Well my sample sale launch didn’t quite happen today…running a business as a one woman show, managing a bathroom install and working around school hours didn’t give enough time for everything I needed to do today…BUT here’s one of the dresses going up for sale very soon! I loved making this guipure lace dress & looked stunning in it! The lace was a roll end piece so this dress is one of a kind. It’d lined with a gorgeous rose coloured silk satin and finished with a belt in the same fabric. The dress is about a size 14 but can be altered. I’ll be adding measurements and prices to the sale on my website soon. But contact me if you’d love to know more now!
I’m going to be putting a selection of samples up for sale very soon! Some are ex collection pieces and some have been created for shoots. All are in amazing condition.
I’ll be putting all the dress on here and in my stories by end of day on 3rd October. Further information for each one can be found on my website or you can email on [email protected] and I’ll send you the details including measurements of each dress!
If you want any info on any of the dresses you can see on my instagram page or website before the sale goes live please don’t hesitate to get in touch
DESIGN
Designing your dress is one of the absolute favourite parts of my work.
After our initial consultations and you’ve told me your ideas I go away and sketch around 4-6 designs based on your inspiration. I sometimes collect together fabrics samples for each design as I usually have something in mind for every one. This way you can get a real feel for how they’d look.
At this point we’ll meet and talk through each one and we’ll discuss which elements you like, which you don’t. Now I have a real feel for the final garment I will sketch the final design. Sometimes this will still need some tweaks and that’s ok. We’ll work on the design till you feel it’s the one.
These are a few of the initial sketches and the final design for Natalie’s vintage dress. The keyhole back was perfection!
A little bit different on the grid today! I don’t often do mother of the bride but when my neighbour Caroline contacted me about making her a Chanel inspired dress for her daughters wedding I couldn’t resist this gorgeous fabric she’d bought from
I haven’t got official photos back yet so excuse my messy studio! But I loved making this tailored dress. A little different to my usual style but oh so classy!
Blush pink is such a gorgeous alternative to white or ivory for your wedding dress. It's no secret I love colour, but if going for bold is a step too far then choosing a blush pink, pale lilac, soft blue or cream can be a gorgeous alternative whilst still injecting a bit of colour. These colours could be used in a dreamy romantic way or used to create something cool and edgy. It can also be easily adapted after your wedding so you can wear it again! Don't be afraid to go with your gut feelings if you're not feeling the traditional bridal colours
