The rain won't stop us!!

It's very wet here in Holywell today, so I'm under the gazebo for the day, continuing to tile the garden walls in porcelain.

New tool day today!

Treated myself to a vacuum suction cup today. Was interested in the more expensive brands but then saw this on a demo! A battery operated digital suction cup from Tile Rite. Its an amazing piece of kit and easy on the pocket as under £90! Easily picked up the 900x600 porcelain slabs that I'm laying on my current garden makeover in Holywell.

I just love block laying on a sunny day 🌞 ☀️! Currently building this retaining wall as part of a huge garden makeover in Holywell for my lovely customers. 20m of walling in total with 9 corners! Big thank you to Thorncliffes building supplies for the block delivery! Loving my job 👊!

Porcelain wall update!
So after a few hours, the wall is looking great! Using a 3/4 bond and 2mm spacers, giving this garden a new modern look. Copings and lights will be added to this feature soon!

Complete garden makeover!!
Really enjoyed building this complete makeover for my clients Joanne and Alan. I was given the challenge of turning their old and tired decked area into a space for all the family to enjoy. We decided to go for a modern porcelain garden, with feature wall and spacious outdoor drinks/eating area. We also clad the old container unit to blend in with the modern feel of the garden. Just waiting now for the electrician to fit the patio and wall lighting.

Italian quarts porcelain

Really enjoyed working on this large patio and paths around the property. My customers wanted to change their tired looking patio for a new porcelain fresh look, bringing light and colour to the garden.

Patio and sleeper walls.

My client wanted to change a crumbling block wall for something more natural. So block wall was removed and replaced with a more natural looking sleeper wall. More sleepers where integrated into the wall to create a patio area in an unused area of the garden. Patio was built with natural Indian stone.

Another lovely decking build completed.

My clients wanted to make their garden maintenance free, and to include a bespoke decking design to overlook a fantastic view of the Wirral and beyond. The decking has two levels and steps down to an artificial lawn area. Another lawn area was added to the garden alongside a fence to separate the garden from a shared pathway.

BESPOKE DECKING

This was a great decking project to build. My client wanted decking to fit into the bottom of the garden. The garden was steeply sloped and couldn't be used. So we designed this decking to be used as a relaxing area, along with a eating/cooking area. Client was super happy with end result!

DRIVE AND PATIO

Really enjoyed bringing this old drive back to life! Natural stone kerbs laid to create a border all around the drive area. Natural stone patio laid in front of house in keeping with the stone built property. Very happy customers!
