We would like to thank each and every one of you for all of your support over the past week, its been absolutely amazing.

JT Cox Group is still running and going strong, obviously we are missing a huge part of our heart and team but we are determined that we will succeed in his honour and keep the same high standard you're all accustomed to!

FUNERAL - Chris Taggart's funeral will be held at the parish church in Prestatyn at 1pm on October 1st, followed by a service at St Asaph Crematorium at 3pm. We will be driving through the HTM Business Park, Abergele Road, Rhuddlan - This will be on the way to St Asaph, thank you

It’s with a heavy heart that I must announce the passing of our owner/ my dad. Chris Taggart passed peacefully at 18:07 on Thursday the 16th of September.

For all of those that knew Him in a personal or business manner, know he was a true gentleman through and through and would make the time to do anything for anyone.

He will be truly missed by everyone who knew him
and i promise in his honour that Jt Cox group will continue to operate and we will
Forfill and exceed all of our dreams and goals and I’ll
make sure he’s proud and we will always operate with the same integrity and pride that he demanded.

We’d like to thank you all for your support and love, we’ll see you all Monday, have a good weekend and raise a glass for Chris

Bedroom Ensuite

We used JT Cox after a friend recommended them and we checked out the Which reviews. We have a very old house built in 1924 which is on a mountain. It has communal drainage shared amongst cottages which is all at the back of the land. We wanted an ensuite putting in our front bedroom and knew it would be a problem because of the drains, and the fact we had a conservatory to the side of the house meaning no drainage could be dug around the side to bring a soiling pipe to the front. Chris Taggart came out to view and came up with two solutions with the use of a saniflo system to either go up into the attic across and down to the back of the house. Or to test the space left between conservatory and our landing window to see if a soiling pipe could go out the side. We felt so relieved when he said we had minimal but sufficient space to take it out of the house wall. They had to build this ensuite from scratch. Again lucky for us we used to have a water tank in the cupboard which has been removed but still had the hot and water pipes to it. We had joiners, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters all at different times following on from each other completing their part. The end result is absolutely fantastic. It’s now so much easier than having to get up in the night and come downstairs to the main bathroom. We would like to say a big thank you to Chris and all his staff. We highly recommend this company and have already passed them onto our friends.

Extremely Satisfied Customers

We wanted a complete refurb of our bathroom and cloakroom and approached a number of companies to review our ideas and quote. We were not impressed by most who seemed to only want to impose their own ideas on us. Then we approached JT Cox and Chris came out to see us and listened to our requirements and our thoughts and ideas. Chris didn't try to impose his own ideas on us but told us what could be done and how our own ideas could be enhanced. George and Dave turned up to start the job which was completely stripping out the bathroom and began the rebuild. From the beginning their professionalism and attention to detail was evident, discussing problem which occur and how to overcome them and working to a standard which would satisfy the pickiest of customer. We carefully chose what we wanted in the bathroom, quality tiles and furniture, George and Dave strived to achieve the standard of work our choices deserved. The same dedication and attitude was given when refurbing the cloakroom. They also stripped out our ensuite shower in our dressing room and dealt with reinstatement as required. All waste etc. was removed properly as they have the appropriate licence. We are so pleased with the end results and have no hesitation in recommending JT Cox. read less
