⚽Today our superstars started our new training block and learnt some new kixx skills⚽

Our new skill sets include how to control our speed with the ball and including an opponent!

Some super speed on display today ⚡

I'm addition our superstars were able to identify how to turn with different techniques depending on how quickly they were running to be more effective in a game situation 🥅

🎃 Spooky First Steps Nursery sessions 👻

Today coach Cam visited our friends at our first steps nursery and our superstars showed us some awesome tricks and skills ⚽

We had some apple bobbing 🍏🍎 balancing and collecting the apples to put in our bowls

We had some spooky step over skills 👻 ghosts were flying everywhere!

And we hid away from pumpkin man Cam 🎃 using our super freezing skills 🥶

Watch out grown ups I've seen some cannon balls 💣 flying around at our Todmorden Community college academy at tonights pirates session ⛵

Today our superstars set sail ⛵ learning their pirates skills! 🏴‍☠️

Climbing the ladder 🪜 (super high knees and toe taps)

Turning the sails ⛵ (big step overs)

But most importantly firing the football cannon balls ⚽

🧛‍♂️ Whether you come dressed as your favorite Halloween character, superhero, or rock your Kixx football kit, the most important thing is having fun!

Fancy dress is totally optional—our sessions are all about enjoying the game, so feel free to come in whatever makes you comfortable!
