When your starting a fitness kick, it’s so so so tempting to exercise nearly every day, motivation is so high, you've charged your mind by visualising a goal, and it feels close. This is a bad move, one that will see your enthusiasm burn out within weeks, you will be knackered. Plus you won't get to won’t see any amazing improvements from your efforts.

Why?

You’re not giving your muscles time to recover and grow. They need rest, and so do you 😴.

🏋️‍♂️ When training shoulders I would try to avoid over emphasising the front delts, make sure you are creating well rounded shoulders and building those neck muscles. Add lateral movements, prone flys, and work some barbell presses from behind your head to work your traps.
