Amy's Story.....

After finishing full time education Amy found herself unemployed and was looking for a new challenge.

Amy applied for a position as a Business Admin Apprentice at Ways2Work LTD where she gained the basic skills and enjoyed the job where she managed to complete the programme and was successful in gaining full time employment with the company.

Once a full time role was secured Amy wanted more and progressed onto her level 3 Business administration which opened more doors and more responsibility, better still it came with an increase in wage. Kerching!!💷

After successfully completing Business Admin Level 3 Amy moved over to Xtol Development side of the organisation where she went on further to progress on to Business Admin level 4 which enabled her to work in various roles across the organisation.

After many years Amy fancied a change from admin and went onto the Business Development/Marketing side of the organisation which her previously gained skills helped. Amy is now the Lead Training & Marketing Coordinator undertaking the Employability Practitioner Level 4 with Xtol Development

Amy have now been employed for well into double figure within the same organisation.

Moral of the story is.... Everyone has to start somewhere to get where they want to be. May seem like a long journey but it will be worthwhile🎯

KATIE'S STORY.......

Katie came to Xtol Development Services as volunteer whilst unemployed and soon showed off her potential, resulting in Xtol snapping her up as a full time employee.

During her time at Xtol Katie has not only achieved Business Admin Qualifications at level 2, 3 and 4 allowing her to progress into a senior administrator role but she has now progressed even further by achieving Regulatory Compliance at level 4 with a fantastic distinction! Katie is now Lead Administrator & Data Compliance Coordinator at Xtol Development.
