A recent job completed by the team, we removed the old roof covering, plus the old deck & fascia.

We then supplied & fitted a new roof deck, along with a vapour barrier, insulation, followed by a two layer felt system. Not forgetting the mini line guttering 😀

Here we surveyed a flat roof dormer that was baldy perished & no longer in line with current building regs.

We removed the roof covering & deck, repaired the timber joists in places. We then installed a new timber deck with a vapour barrier, along with new insulation & a two layer torch on system. All supplied with a written 20 year warranty.

We had the opportunity to work on this beautiful 300 year old property last month. Supplying & fitting new timber fascia & soffit along with new cast aluminium guttering & down-pipe. We also completed moss removal & some roof maintenance.

Flat to pitched roof conversion.

Here we visited the customers property where the rear extension was leaking badly. This was due to poor installation of a fibreglass roof & the incorrect roof windows for the covering.

We stripped the existing covering along with the incorrect windows, supplied & fitted a new Marley spec breathable pitched roof system. With low pitch Velux windows & low pitch Marley tiles.

Corrugated garage roof replacement:

This customer had a collapsing & badly leaking garage roof. The bitumen/felt style corrugated sheets had been failing and letting water in for while. We didn't want to disturb the surrounding asbestos roofs for safety reasons. So we opted for a matching profile in fibre cement material to join seamlessly. We also added additional breathable felt layer as a failsafe.

Flat roof replacement:

This customer had a badly leaking flat roof, with in our opinion the wrong roof material for the pitch and location. We removed the corrugated sheets, and removed the rotten timber deck. We then installed a new structural timber deck, with a two layer felt system. We also installed deep flow guttering due to the amount of water that this roof had to handle.

Another flat roof completed over the weekend.

This garage roof had never been replaced since the bungalow was built, it was leaking badly. So much so that the timber deck had some damage.

We applied an over deck of OSB ply, primed it and installed a two layer felt system. Along with a Leadex flashing at the wall. We also managed to save a badly installed Fascia/gutter for the customer. Great work from the team!

The end result = no more leaks and a very happy customer.

Some recent repairs completed. This customer had a lead valley that had been repaired multiple times using cement. The felt underneath was badly perished.

We suggested a dry valley system, we installed new breathable membrane into the valley, installed a GRP close mitred valley and cut in using existing tiles and some replacements. We also re bedded some ridge and closed up any gaps that were visible.

The end result = no more leaks and a very happy customer!

We recently completed this beautiful summer house for a customer. The previous builders had installed shed felt onto the flat roof, with 100s of nails and it was leaking badly. It also had no gutter so nowhere for the rain water to go We stripped up the insufficient shed felt and installed a new two layer torch on system. We also installed a gutter to catch rainwater.

Not only did we complete the roof but we also arranged for BC Plastering to come in and patch up the water damage internally, ready for redecorating.
