My newest baby grow, absolutely gorgeous (IMHO) I am totally in love 😍

Happy New Year everyone!

We know we have been very quiet recently, but that is because we have been very busy.

We have made all sorts since September, including an all singing and dancing Jurrasic Park birthday cake.
Lots of tasty treats for Age UK.
And....
Loads of Christmas cakes and decorations!! So we haven't had one moment to post anything.

I can‘t promise these will get you tipsy, but it can only be fun trying, right? We can do all the flavours with or without alcohol!

Lime and mint sponge with a molten core topped with brown sugar buttercream.

This is an instant classic; moist pineapple sponge (with real fruit) topped with coconut buttercream.
