On Tuesday we hosted our World of Coffee Brewing Party. We had an absolutely amazing turnout and it was incredible to share coffee with so many hobbyists, enthusiasts, and professionals. Thank you to everyone who attended!

was kind enough to seek out each coffee during his WoC Copenhagen trip, and spend the evening brewing all 17 coffees a total of 24 times. We really appreciate the effort he made to make this community event happen

WOC in Copenhagen is a showcase of the most exciting innovations in coffee. We're fortunate to have the assistance of to bring a selection of exceptional coffees to Sale Moon for an evening of brewing with the local coffee community. We've been spending a lot of time working on our long-awaited wine service. Over the past couple of weeks we have been really homing in on some of the finer details and creating a small, yet diverse menu. After various sampling sessions, we think we've come up with a simple wine list that showcases high quality wine for a variety of tastes, preferences, and pallettes

Wine service will commence this Friday, 7th June, starting at 10 am and finishing at 10pm. We truly can't wait to share these wines with you all

We are starting this week with the last of the Shoondhisa Ethiopian natural from on espresso. This sweet, bright, and fruity espresso has been perfect to carry us into the Spring season

Keep an eye out for our menu change this weekend. After some taste-testing and recipe building, we are ready to introduce 5 Spring-Summer drink specials in anticipation of the warmer days ahead

An exciting end to last week. A new delivery of Origami brewers and drinkware, along with .coffee new releases: the Buenos Aires Gesha, and Potosi Pink Bourbon. Both of which were audience favourites at our Sunday tasting

We are starting this week with a fresh batch of Basque Cheesecake, and the last remaining bit of Natural Panama Typica in the hopper

We've been serving Bella Alejandria and the Wilton Benitez Sidra since day one, and for good reason. Both coffees showcase the very best of how amazing Colombian coffee can taste with the help of high quality cultivation, and a little bit of creativity in the processing stage.

While these coffees are now unavailable for us to restock, we've ensured there is plenty in the freezer, pre-dosed and ready to brew, so we can continue to serve these coffees for months, possibly even years to come.

We are going to temporarily close on Thursday 11th and Friday 12th April so that Alina and Gage can travel down to the London Coffee Festival

We will be back on Saturday 13th at the usual opening time of 8am, to bring you your weekend hand brews, pastries, and teas

Join us on Sunday 21st April at 13:00 for a guided coffee tasting with .coffee where we will be showcasing a selection of both new releases, and staples of their coffee offering

Their attention to quality of sourcing and roasting has Atkinsons as a permanent fixture on our coffee rotation. During this event, we'll be joined by Atkinson's own who will be providing insight into how each coffee yields their incredible and unique flavours

Tickets for this event are £15. Included with the ticket is a sample of Atkinson's coffee for you to take with you to enjoy at home. Limited spaces available, so make sure to head to our website to secure your place (link in bio)

This weekend, we'd like to give you the opportunity to try our guest espresso in freeze-distilled milk drinks. The process of freeze-distilling removes excess water from the milk, leaving a higher concentration of sugar and fat. The elevated sweetness and creaminess of this milk combines with the fruit-bomb Costa Rican espresso to give us a drink that reminds us of cherry ice cream. We would have to say it's one of our favourite ways to combine coffee and milk

When we reached out to for new coffee to feature on our bar, they put forward three different coffees produced in Costa Rica by Mauricio Jimenez. While we felt that the honey process SL28 and Geisha variety lots belong on our hand-brewed filter menu, we found that the natural catuai had a fruit-forward and tropical flavour that shines in both black and milky espresso drinks

Freeze-distilled drinks will be available as both dairy and oat options

We have expanded our range of exceptional coffee for both espresso and filter, from our good friends

Here are the newest additions to our hand-brew filter menu:

•El Granadilla
A honey process gesha variety grown in Costa Rica. Expect a meadow honey-like sweetness, apricot acidity, with lingering oolong tea florals

•El Aguacate
A honey process SL28 variety from Costa Rica that boasts a juicy and fruit-forward flavour similar to red currant, raspberries, and cranberry juice

•Finca Holguin
From the Màrtir group of producers in Colombia, Emiliano Lame Golondrino produces this high quality washed Geisha variety which presents in the cup with high stone-fruit sweetness, and a white flower floral

We've been sampling and brewing these coffees behind the bar for the last couple of weeks, and we are more than confident they will make a great addition to our offering

We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with to create a unique and bespoke cake experience at Sale Moon.

We have partnered with Charlotte, a talented micro-baker based in Manchester, to craft a delectable seasonal cake menu that perfectly complements our drinks.

It has been an amazing three days, filled with smiles, compliments, and words of encouragement.
