If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours before your appointment. If it is less than 24 hours then unless I can fill your appointment slot, you'll be charged 50% of your service booked before I'll reschedule. I hope you all understand.❗

I've tried to avoid this for so long but with the ever increasing price of products, fuel and the cost of living I've no other choice.
