Just beat the weather this Monday, Another replacement Lintel in Scarborough, Original Steel totally expanded due to rust! the expansion is unstoppable and lifts the whole masonry work above it, which leads to more water ingress and then more rust and expansion, We Safely propped the walls above and removed the brickwork . New Heavy Duty Galvanised lintel installed in outer leaf complete with new 'Soldier Course" Bricks across, Insulated behind and all received two Cavity trays and weep vents. New window to go in and repair render..... NO MORE LEAKS !!
