Loving seeing the organic figures on some clients accounts this month so far! After an amazing morning spent with a fantastic Peer to Peer group through Yorkshire in Business, I sat down with a cuppa and had a quick look at some page insights and I love seeing those positive percentages!

Posting, sharing and interactions all encourages organic reach and growth. Having an organic based following means the people you are talking to have a real intrest in your business and what you have to say, it's about quality not quantity. 😉

Small Business Shout Out!

On our way to our lovely walk in Broxa yesterday after school, someone (😳) forgot to grab a snack for the small person who always has hanger issues after school! 🤦🏼‍♀️

So as we passed Cumboots Dairy Farm we popped in and used the Milk Machine for the 1st time, we also got a *Chocolate Milkshake Shot to go in it - Absolutely delicious!

I thought it was easy to set up and nice it pulled the information and followers from Instagram. Seemed easy to post and reply, but it seems like finding people outside of your current connection could take time to find and it doesn't currently use/recognise hashtags to assist in finding aligned/common subjects/topics.

Overall I think it has potential but maybe needs a little more development before it can reach it's full optimisation.

Being in business you get so much advice from so many different people.
You often hear 'No that's not right i'd do it this...' or information that contradicts other information.
I have come to the conclusion there is no wrong and right because if there was EVERYONE would be doing the 'right' thing!

It's the same with Marketing and Social Media if there was a formula that worked then everyone would be doing it!
Everyone and every business is different, so it's finding what works best for you.
Yes there are certain things that can help you and certain analytics which can guide you, but these will change overtime, so it is important you monitor and assess what is working and what isn't working for you regularly!

Today is my BIRTHDAY! 🎉

I have been spoilt by my lovely family and friends and treated to a lovely lunch at The Grainary in Harwood Dale.
Definitely recommend visiting, the food was so tasty and really fresh! The view is beautiful as well. 🌲🌳

Consistency!

You will probably of heard this before, but being consistent with your social media is so important!
Regularly posting keeps the algorithm happy. Think about it as if you are feeding your pet, if you feed it regularly and consistently you will keep it happy and healthy. It will then in turn respond to you and reward you back.
If you stop feeding your pet or feed it just every now and then it's going to fade away.

Feed the algorithm, once, twice, 3 times a week or however many times you choice to post but keep it consistent week after week!
