Working with Radial electrical, we’re preparing this warehouse for a new tenant, plenty to do. Remove redundant parts of the electrical system and repair the fire alarm. Also install new LED lighting. All while being watched by Chris’s dog, Spud. Can you see him?

Electrical inspection and testing at another student accommodation in Sheffield. This sort of inspection is a statutory requirement and should be carried out every 5 years on a commercial premises. On this occasion, we found a lack of fire stop between the floors and someone had stolen earth cable.

16 ramps in total all supplied by our newly install distribution board and suspended trunking. All connected and tested with NICEIC documentation on completion.
