As many people will know the price of just about everything has gone up over the last year or so. Unfortunately this has also affected us, with some items increasing by more than 40%.
Rather than shooting our prices up immediately, we decided to absorb the cost until prices stabilised a little and we can then re-evaluate.
Our costs have now settled and unfortunately it does mean we have to increase our price, but no where near the 40%.
From 1 NOVEMBER prices will rise by 9p to £1.59 per curry mix. And P&P will increase by 10p to £3.30. There will still be the same offers available of get 1 free with 5 pots and 2 free with 10 pots.
We thank you for your uderstanding and support for our little business.

The timeless classic of 'aloo gobi' curry. Simple, quick and full of flavour. And of course very healthy given the only real 'bad' thing is the oil you fry the onions in.
Weekend orders under preparation...
After recently being told by the doctor that I needed to watch my diet, I have introduced a few changes. I have reduced bread, pasta and rice. So this sweet potato curry with a side of feta and olive salad is absolutely perfect. All with zero points after cooking the curry with Mrs shah's curry mix.
I nice quick, simple and healthy evening meal using a medium curry mix. Kidney bean curry (15 minutes), boiled rice (15 minutes), raita, (2 minutes) and a side salad.
Even though we're in August, it's feeling more like autumn out there. So instead of a BBQ, managed to cook up a nice chicken curry to get warmed up.

Getting ready to watch the mighty sheffield united this afternoon with a quick lunch of chickpea curry. Hopefully a bigger celebration after the match.

Such a simply, tasty and cheap curry dish. Potato and peas curry. A couple of potatoes and frozen peas and a mrs shah's curry mix. Approx £0.50p to serve the whole family. Some jalapeño pakoras to go alongside.
It's been a bit of time since last posting something but i thought this chicken (on the bone) masala was wish sharing. Very, very, tasty.
