Called out to water coming through the ceiling. More and more issues with rodents eating through pipe work theses days… nothing

Customer was insisting the toilet I put in was faulty 12 months after the installation. I kept saying that can’t be the case you must have a blocked drain…. This went on for a few weeks! Eventually they checked the drains.

Worcester 4000 instal.. back in Feb/March. Flue loose and rotten along with a gas leak under the floor. Serviced reg too!!
