📣Last minute cancellation📣

Chloe has had a cancellation tomorrow (Thursday 28th 11.30am). Enough time for a colour, cut and blowdry.

⭐️Polite notice⭐️

Please can we remind clients to give as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment.

We are so lucky to do a job that we love but it is our only job and when we get last minute cancellations we don’t get a wage. ♥️

We fully understand that sometimes problems arise which is why we don’t stick to our cancellation policy, but when we only get hours notice then we cannot fill that appointment last minute. We will selectively be asking for deposits in the future for large appointments such as colour corrections, balayage etc to try and minimise cancellations.

Hi Everyone 👋🏻

My name is Katie and I'm a local makeup & beauty artist who is very excited to be joining the Trilogy team from Monday 3rd July.

I initially trained in beauty therapy and makeup artistry over 13 years ago and went on to work for luxury cosmetics houses, such as Dior, Chanel and Clinique, produced makeup for photoshoots and TV, was previously senior therapist at a luxury country spa hotel and have worked on a number of beautiful weddings across Yorkshire and Lancashire.

From July I will be offering a range of makeup and beauty services from the salon, including nails, lashes & brows, waxing, etc., and I cannot wait to meet you all.
