Hello everyone I am Opie. I've already met lots of you in the 12 weeks that i have been living with my new mum and dad. Some of you have been very kind and bought me meaty sticks which are my favourite treat. Today I decided to have a look at some of mummy's crystals.
Mummy is qualified to do Animal Reiki and Animal Crystal Healing for everyone's pets so I'm not spending long on the couch so I'm not zapped into being a good cat. I did find mummies wand so I might cast a spell to have my weight in dreamies and meaty sticks?!!! Well a cat can dream 🐈🐱🙀😻

For several weeks now I have been participating on a Fibro Therapy Course run by Fibro Active which has been beautifully put together by Fibromyalgia Sufferers for people and families affected by this horrible condition
It was expertly delivered by the the lovely chairpeople and organisers ofSouthend Fibromyalgia Group. It was an exclent course which I am happy to pass on the informagtiom to all of you my lovely friends of The Crystal Haven # # #

I am blessed to have a busy day seeing clients for Reiki and Crystal Healing adding the finishing touches to the design for my business cards and posters and putting together more goodies for the Sanctuary meetings. This is for all you lovely people who have asked what Saturday Sanctuary is all about. Our group on a Saturday is now complete so as several people have requested a group in the week or an interest in one on a weekday here are some details.

As the Crystal Haven is an ideal setting for friends to meet up for for a couple of hours to relax, learn about all things spiritual, chat, laugh and have fun amongst like minded souls. We start off with a mediation session and then in bite sized chunks learn about crystals and their uses, physical and psychic protection, energy divination techniques, paranormal investigation and all subjects that take our fancy. The plan is to cover a wide aray of subjects and then depending on what the group would like to do we can then study a subject in detail. Its a friendship circle where we can share our knowledge and experiences if we want to and learn from each other. It's so relaxing in the cabin and there is a lot of laughter and a real sense of fellowship. It's nice to be surrounded by positive energy amomgst like minded souls.

Fridays version of Saturday Sanctuary (yet to get it's name) will be run hopefully on the same week's as Saturday Sanctuary so the first one will be June 7,th. It will be 7-9,pm. Running every other week so two a month. It will be nice if people can come to every group but I know sometimes other commitments get in the way.

The group is suitable for beginers and people further on their spiritual path who want to learn and have fun whole doing it and a safe space.

As the weekend approaches it's time to reflect on what a lovely week we've had at The Crystal Haven welcoming new and regular clients through the doors. It's a privilege to be able to show you all how Reiki and Crystals can benefit lives and help you make positive and lasting changes to your well-being. Small steps lead to life enhancing good habits putting the Mind Body and Spirit in harmony. It's never too late or too early to start that journey.
