This week, whilst on lunch break, we parked up close to a local drive in car wash and we were just absolutely gobsmacked.
3/4 cars were washed using the same cloths being dipped in and out of the same shampoo bucket so all the grit/grease/mud from the first car was actually being used to wash the 3rd and 4th car and then being rinsed off.
This causes scratches and swirl marks on the cars bodywork that you’ll not notice until a week later and the dust has settled and you’ll then be wondering where on earth they came from- couldn’t possibly be from the car wash, must be scratched whilst in a car park!
Drive in car washes are cheap and to some convenient but in the long term can add irreparable damage to the car you’ll be hoping to sell for a good price one day.
With the crisis we are all currently in, of course we are all on the hunt for the cheapest price but it’s not always what is best!

We have always been really laid back with payments and understand everyone has busy lives but we really don’t enjoy chasing for payments hours or even days after the clean has taken place! 😔

We don’t have the time to be chasing people to make the transfers - you wouldn’t be able to leave the hairdressers without making payment , this industry is no different!
