Invoices payment must be made within 4 days from the submission date. If payments are delayed this will cancel our session agreement, whereupon your preferred booked sessions will be offered to someone else.
Booking for the week will need to be made by the Sunday prior where possible and payments made (if paying as you go) so sessions are secured.
Please adhere to the 12-hour cancellation policy – if there is a no show or you cancel later than the 12-hour window you will lose your session with no refund or credit provided. If sessions are cancelled by myself m you will be offered a session credit.
Booking packages expiry T&C
Sessions are secured only once payment is made.
- Block of 8 sessions – 3 month expiry
- Block of 4 sessions – 2 month expiry
- Single booking – 7 days expiry

My personal journey!
Hi, my name is Lorena and I am a single mother to two beautiful children. I have been in and out of fitness since i was roughly 20. I didn’t really know what i was doing and would do loads of cardio and cut my calories right down. I would then get to the desired weight i wanted then would fall off. This was ongoing for years. I started strength training just before i fell pregnant with my first born, in 2014 and fell in LOVE. I trained hard and my body changed in ways I didn’t think was possible for me. Then i fell pregnant and fell off. So after my second i started training when he was around 6 months old and have managed to stay consistent. I am now a qualified Personal Trainer trying to help women fall in love with fitness as i did and achieve the goals they never thought possible.
