🔹Wow!🔹Check out this incredible transformation from bare concrete to stunning Amtico wood-effect LVT flooring. We couldn’t be happier with how this project turned out! We started by grinding down the existing concrete floor to prepare it for UZIN 480 DPM, which was necessary to tackle the moisture and damp issues in the slab. After the grinding, we repaired the cracks with fiberglass mesh and 182 filler, then applied the DPM. Once it cured (12-24 hours), we primed the surface with UZIN 280, a gritty primer that ensures a strong bond for the screed.Next, we laid the UZIN 151 screed, creating the perfect base for the Amtico oak LVT. Once everything was dry and set, we carefully mapped out the room to start laying the beautiful flooring. The best part? The homeowners were away for a few days, and when they returned, they were absolutely thrilled with the results! It was such a pleasure working with such great clients, and we're just as excited about their new floor as they are. This is what sets us apart – we take immense pride in every project we complete.
