THE Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado Bayero, yesterday urged the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu to tell her husband, President Bola Tinubu that Nigerians are suffering due to the economic hardship in the country.

The monarch gave the message when he received Senator Tinubu, who paid him homage at the palace on her way to the commissioning of a building named after her at the Faculty of Law, Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria, MAAUN, in Kano.

Noting that the challenges were inherited, Bayero, nevertheless urged President Tinubu to redouble efforts to ease the economic hardship and tackle insecurity in the country.
