🌞 Affordable UK Caravan Holiday 🌞
So i have teamed up with an owner of a caravan on a holiday park that we as a family love to stay on! I have personally stayed in this caravan. As you all know I have 3 children all on the spectrum and know first hand how hard holidays are for our children. I can safely say that this caravan park is perfect for our ASD children with lots to do in the local area for everyone! This caravan is avaliable to book for weekends, mon to fri or a whole week at very reasonable affordable prices. I promise you these prices you will not find anywhere else!

The caravan -
Sleeps 6 - 1 x double room, 1 x twin room and double pull out Sofa bed
Aircon unit in the living room
Highchair provided
Travel cot provided
All essentials for arrival (tea, coffee, sugar, loo roll, cleaning products)
Beds made up
Veranda with small table and chairs
Quiet location on the park away from the hustle and bustle
Pet friendly

All you need to provide is yourself and purchase passes priced at £10 each from the reception.

The owner is planning to make the caravan more Autism friendly although it already is child friendly.

The park is located on Hayling Island. It is 10 mins to the beach which also has a funfair (best to go after 5pm where wrist bands are cheaper)
Sam's sunflowers is a beautiful family day out which is calm and peaceful. You pay to enter and its the perfect opportunity for nice family photos and you get to pick and keep your very own sunflowers! My children love it here because of how calm and peaceful it is.

Donkey sanctuary another nice calm place to visit

Mini steam train that runs up and down the sea front (for all those train obsessions!)

Porstmouth which is fun but also full of history with the historic dock yards for any boat obsessions, southsea seafront where the hovercraft to the isle of wight is and also the D DAY museum is easy to get to from Hayling Island.

Plenty of places for ice cream, hot dogs and of course candy floss

All in all this place is somewhere we have always visited as a family and find it perfect for all ASD needs.

Just a little note to say i am aware people are waiting for plans to be done etc but im have some things going on with my daughter at the moment so please bare with me. I will catch up as soon as the issues with my daughter are sorted. ❤️

⏳️ Its the final Countdown ⏳️

As you are aware the summer holidays are fast approaching. I just wanted to remind you that from the 19th July i will be closing for the summer holidays due to my children being home. I will still do some 'behind the scenes work' and answer messages when i can but anything that involves phone calls will be impossible. I will return to work on the 9th September.

❗️I have very limited spaces left for this side of the holidays and already taking bookings for September. I have room for only 2 more Journeys to be started this side of summer.❗️

I have been extremely busy these last few weeks with Journeys being started before the school year is out and more than i can keep track of DLA/PIP forms completed. So i wanted to end the school year on a high!

As you know i appreciate every single one of my clients who chose me to be part of their journey or to help them with forms so i love nothing more than to be able to give back as a way of thanking you all. So to end on a high and start the summer holidays with a bang i am doing another little give away!

❗️Important information and a little favour to ask post. Please read❗️

Important information:
It is exactly 6 weeks today until the schools close for summer (some areas may vary). As most of my clients know i have my own Autistic children so working in the holidays is near impossible. I can manage small bits of 'behind the scenes work' but phone calls are impossible. So for the summer holidays i will only be answering messages when i can and completing any bits of work that do not require phone calls. September through to Christmas is normally my busiest time so if you are requiring any journey's to be started or anything that can be booked in advance then please get in touch before i close so i can book you in from September.

I am preparing to return to work Monday. I am near enough fully booked the first week back and have limited availability the following week. I have noticed i have a lot of messages to also get through so please bare with me i will try and get through these over the weekend.

🚶‍♀️Day 8🚶‍♀️ The final day of Walk for Autism and also Autism awareness and acceptance day 🧡💚💙❤️💛

Today we went bowling while in our costumes (this was hard work i would not recommend 🤣) went to the arcades and walked 2/3 miles along a see front making people smile and children get excited to see our costumes ❤️

Mission complete 💪

Today i will complete the walk for autism challenge in style to help people understand and accept Autism. To my 3 beautiful children and everyone i know who is autistic I GOT YOU 💙 Today and everyday!

The Misunderstood Child

I am the child that looks healthy and fine. I was born with ten fingers and toes. But something is different, somewhere in my mind, And what it is, nobody knows. I am the child that struggles in school, Though they say that I'm perfectly smart. They tell me I'm lazy -- can learn if I try -- But I don't seem to know where to start. I am the child that won't wear the clothes Which hurt me or bother my feet. I dread sudden noises, can't handle most smells, And tastes -- there are few foods I'll eat. I am the child that can't catch the ball And runs with an awkward gait. I am the one chosen last on the team And I cringe as I stand there and wait. I am the child with whom no one will play -- The one that gets bullied and teased I try to fit in and I want to be liked, But nothing I do seems to please. I am the child that tantrums and freaks Over things that seem petty and trite. You'll never know how I panic inside, When I'm lost in my anger and fright. I am the child that fidgets and squirms Though I'm told to sit still and be good. Do you think that I choose to be out of control? Don't you know that I would if I could? I am the child with the broken heart Though I act like I don't really care. Perhaps there's a reason I'm made this way -- Some message I'm sent to share. For I am the child that needs to be loved And accepted and valued too. I am the child that is misunderstood. I am different - but look just like you.

Today we traveled to the Isle of wight for our holiday. Considering we spent a lot of the day traveling we still smashed it.

We made people smile while spreading awareness on the ferry dressed in our costumes 🤣

Tomorrow we will be going out on the island spreading awareness and cheer where ever we decide to go 😀

Weather absolutely horrendous here today so i did most of my steps in the house! No costumes today due to weather and the fact mine is so hard to walk in and 14,000 steps in it yesterday left me hardly able to walk with pain 🤦‍♀️ short bursts of costumes walking from now on lol Tomorrow will be some interesting photos keep your eyes peeled 😉
