A new exhibition space in the Centre of Southampton

We'd like to say goodbye to Bridget Cusack, curator since 1999 who is off to Cambridgeshire for new adventures. Bridget has organised a huge number of exhibitions and made a massive contribution to culture in Southampton, especially in the visual arts. We would like to say a big thank you to her and wish her the best of luck.

Unit 26, Bargate Mall re-opens tomorrow with the continued artist-in-residence programme led The Girls. We are open from Thursday to Sunday, 11am until 5pm and this project continues until 29 January. The first Southampton edition of the Paper Eaters magazine is now available for purchase. Please come along, meet Zoe and Andrea we would be delighted to see you.

We are celebrating the our first artists' Christmas tree by Jonny Hannah and students from BA (Hons) Illustration. All welcome. Look out for a suprise performance of a Christmas classic! Mulled wine and minced pies.

We are celebrating our public art commission by Ray Smith, today at 3pm, Meon Suite, Sir James Matthews building, Above Bar, Southampton. Come along!
