Can the food we eat really have an impact on our bodies? 🍎
New research has now mentioned that certain foods effect people of a certain blood type! 🩸
I know from experience that certain foods do not agree with me, to the point it can end up causing me a lot of pain! 😣
I am wanting to do some more research into this, as if this is somewhat true then it would seem that food is in fact our medicine! 💊
I would be interested to know what blood type you are and if you know of any foods that seem to trigger symptoms within your body that you might have noticed but ignored. (No Shame or Judgement Here) I am the biggest culprit for this! 😬

As we are all more powerful than we realise, you can change someone's life with a kind word or action and destroy it with a negative one.
Personal responsibility and reflection is the most enlightening gift you can ever posses. 🥰

This is so true, I know I myself have had many times I wish I could go back and stop myself making past mistakes. But then I wouldn't have learnt or grown and I certainly wouldn't be who I am today 🙏

Another one of those little life lessons, however remember it’s ok because if they can replace you in the blink of an eye, or suddenly switch off thier “feelings” the universe will step in and take you away as they didn’t deserve you in the first place ❤️

Just a reminder to you all, what others think of you is none of your business! I understand it is hard to ignore negative opinions of others but honestly do not take this as a reflection of you. Most of the time what others say and think about others is a reflection of how they feel regarding themselves, it can also show us a reflection in how others think. As if they are negative regarding you and do not see that they are capable of what it is they are judging others about then that shows a very ignorant mind that has not done the inner work. All to many times we blame ourselves for how others think and feel about us, especially if it is regarded as negative and most of the time you are just the trigger.
Do not take others opinions to heart, look within and reflect on how you respond and interact with those around you. Do you maybe need to do some work?
This is why shadow work is so important. Most of all be gentle with yourself and how you treat yourself I can not stress that enough. You are responsible for you so make it count. Jxx

Do you really understand manifestation? Not many do. Within human design I am indeed a manifestor: it’s my birth right, I do not have to try! I just am, Needless to say three years ago I was talking about exquisite gins and today I was gifted one. If I can say anything it is this, be careful what you wish for, because you might just get it. Thoughts and the spoken word are magic. I received this gift today the day before my birthday and I am in awe of the universe and it’s power to manifest 🤩
