Muscle relaxants!
The most common reason for treatment is to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles (frown lines/worry lines/ crows feet).
The effects will last 3-9 months, as muscle action slowly returns, wrinkles need to be treated again but will appear less severe with time.
Tip 1: There's no need to go overboard, start with little as it's a repetitive treatment so you get a bigger cumulative result.
Tip 2: Fix whatever is taking away from your self-esteem or confidence but don't compare to other photos and aim to change your personal facial features.
Tip 3: Avoid the sun after treatment, & be aware a common side effect is bruising.
