A friend sent me this photo the other day of me on the plane on the way to her hen weekend in Tenerife. I remember feeling so uncomfortable on that plane, the seatbelt was at its loosest and only just did up 😳

I carried most of my weight around my middle and could hide it well in dresses & tights or loose tops and leggings. Having to wear jeans and a hen T-shirt was my worst nightmare 🙈

These days I don’t feel like I’m being cut in half when I wear jeans and I don’t feel uncomfortable in clothes, I enjoy getting dressed now without the dread of what’s going to cover up or feel most comfortable.

It’s not very often I say this but I am really proud of myself. It’s been hard recently juggling a new born baby and a toddler while setting up my own business but The 1:1 Diet has changed my life. It’s so structured that I don’t have to think about the plan and can grab a product while I am running around like a headless chicken 🙈

I don’t even recognise myself in the first photo anymore but it was only 13 weeks ago.
