Congratulations to Mikena and Liam on their marriage. This lovely couple choose traditional flavours for their wedding cake so on the bottom is Victoria sponge later lemon drizzle with home made lemon curd and cherry bakewell on the top.All flowers and leaves are made of sugar paste and all the guests got gingerbreads hand decorated with royal icing.

I had few relaxing days recently so I decided to paint on gingerbreads.
Both gingerbreads are home baked and hand painted with edible colourings.

Here is my latest project a COOKIE PLATTER.It's available to order in my bakery.This one is an example for Mother's day but it can be done for any occasion like birthdays,Christenings.All together in it is 20 gingerbreads to share.I can make it not only as gingerbreads but as shortbreads or chocolate biscuits. It can be a great alternative to cake as a gift or as centre piece on a party table.
Price is £25 diameter nearly 12 inches.
