I have had a few text messages asking why I haven’t replied on Facebook messenger. Unfortunately Facebook messenger is not working for my business account it just won’t load.

I have reported the issue so hopefully it will be rectified but I can not give a timeframe in which this will happen it’s something out of my hands.

Hitting my own training goals. Why is training and consistency important?

Drop sets as a training method!

Why is video analysis important?!

I always like to use video analysis. The first top image out of the two shows correct technique and form. The second image below the first shows the right leg bending inwards and starting to lift with the shoulders and upper back indicating wrong technique. Seeing something like this can prevent injury occurring amongst other things it also allows a safe lift.
