RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Focus: 1. To manage the consistent delivery of superior customer service. 2. To evaluate and act on Customer Service Reports to achieve positive and consistent results. 3. To respond to customer feedback relevant to your areas of responsibility. This to include customer complaints and compliments. Business Awareness: 1. To be fully aware of budgeted and actual departmental financial targets. This to include room sales, market segments, average room rates and yield management. 2. To assist with controlling payroll costs for the department by allocating labour resources in line with forecasted business levels. 3.
