I am still on the tools at the moment and still doing what I love but this may change very soon or very suddenly due to my first baby’s due date fast approaching 😬😬😬😬😬🩷🩷🩷

I will be taking some time out to spend with my wife and baby but will be back in the swing of things as soon as we are settled. I will have my phone, messenger and email still available for any inquiries or questions but please expect replies to be longer than average.

About time 😬

Had the pleasure of Vital Sign Design Ltd making my business a bit more bold

It’s been in the pipeline for a while but never got around to to but finally I have the van all sign written up.

Nice finish to the week with this Bi-fold and floor to ceiling window.

Nemac Construction Ltd have been totally transforming this house in loves farm and this is the part I had to play. the first meeting with the customer was to get an Idea on what they want and then also advise on options. I explained about the blinds in the glass option as the rear of this property was overlooked and that these would give you privacy in the evening when the lights are on in the house. the end result is as shown. This will also eliminate the cleaning of standard blinds or curtains.

Back to it after a lovely weekend off.

Nice little front door swap for a solidoor in a light grey. The front of this property is a sun trap and the black door used to take the full brunt of the heat meaning it would drop , fade, catch, warp in the sun and would need constant adjustment.

This new light a grey door will be a much better option for this space now and having explained to the customer to always engage your lock system even if your not locking the door as this will keep your door square in the opening and stop the top and bottom moving in the heat.

Little bit for my home village Great Staughton

I was approached by members of the parish council committee in the village to look into replacing all the windows and doors at the pavilion.

We had a few meets to discuss designs, spec and colours. Once we got the designs right I got the order placed and this is the end result.

Upgraded security- Efficiency- Modernisation- all around freshen up with easy use windows and disabled access for the whole community to use.

Lovely new Solidor installed this morning 😍 and now for the rugby.

Saturdays are nice when you love your job and love watching rugby.

Finally back to change the rest, Last year we done a flat to bow bay conversion on the front of the property and headed back last week to put the rest in. The efficiency, looks and security is now to the highest standard. With the good old English weather at the moment I can sleep easy knowing this house is going to stay nice and warm.

I need to apologise for delays in getting back to people but sometimes it’s hard being a one man band and personal life unfortunately takes priority. Full house of vertical sliders replaced with new A+ rated like for like windows.

1st picture shows the sorry state these got to and they finally got the replacement to take over for the next generation with all the original features plus the added Luxury of security and efficiency ☺️

Full house of windows🏠

Old white UPVC windows that was only 55mm profile and fitted flush with the brickwork, you would never get guaranteed seal and never make them look nice sitting at the face of the brick.

New windows 70mm profile and all the internal plasterwork chopped back to 100mm from the face of the brick to allow a white quadrant trim on the external to seal and protect and also give a much more pleasant finish.

Not always a brick or block building. This mobile home has just had a facelift with this door and plenty more work yet to being done. This is going to make a world of difference to the security and the efficiency of this area on the home with the added bonus of looking pretty darn sexy 😍😍.

5 old white casement windows replaced by the original style vertical sliding sash windows ❤️

Not only does this make everything more efficient it also brings back a huge main feature to this beautiful house. Character restored 👌🏼

Customer is over the moon as bringing this house back to life and making it a family home is their dream and this has gone a little way towards it

Been a busy boy and not spent as much time updating this page as I should but here’s another job I really enjoyed seeing the change.

2x French doors with side panels removed because the amount of framework was to much and looked to busy ( and terrible quality and fitting )

Replaced with 2 patio doors to allow more light in and less framework on show.

⭐️ Saturday shift ⭐️

Little brickwork removal and replaced with some new French doors.

With 2 rooms being knocked into one inside it made perfect sense to open one of the window apertures up to allow new access to the garden.
