It’s a smart controls kinda day! 😃 if you would like some easy to use smart controls, used directly from your smart phone from anywhere in or away from the home give us a shout! No more fiddly timers or temperamental thermostat set ups.

Couple of facts.

*You don’t have to have a Combi! These can be used on conventional systems.

*it doesn’t matter if you have an old boiler these controls can go on nearly anything

*there is no ongoing cost! It’s a one off payment for installation. (Some people thought you had to pay monthly, that’s definitely not the case)

*you can still have them in the newer build property’s with split level systems upstairs/downstairs or Lounge/rest of the house. Talk to us about it!

Cut the condense pipe out due to being undersized and link to the bath waste to prevent nuisance freezing in winter.

Some info …

Old Worcester has served this customer well and so they wanted to stay with the brand but have an upgrade …

So we removed the old model gave the system some love with a chemical Powerflush leaving the system water drinkable by the finish, re fitted the new Worcester 4000 model with flue kit and Worcester filter to protect the new boiler and give an extra years warranty!

slight re-jig on the pipework, added inhibitor and fitted an easy to use wireless programmable ESI control. Registered with gas safe and the customer agreed to upgrade the amazing 8 year part and labour warranty to a whopping 10 years! For a small fee it’s definitely worth while! And on to the next …

We removed this old system and converted to a combination boiler after problem after problem the customer wanted rid of this old setup, however it turns out it was piped up backwards anyway, and so all the controls and valves were being bypassed 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ anyway this looks a bit fresher on a ply lined wall covered in plaster board for a solid base.

New Boiler?

Removed this little relic from another time! converted the system to a combination boiler which was relocated to the airing cupboard, repiped to suit power flushed out the system before also replacing a couple of old radiators and adding and piping up a new one in the cold utility room.

And because the customer was a beautiful older lady and made lots of amazing coffee with an array of biscuitry delights and chocolates I patched up the kitchen wall and plastered it for her so she didn’t have to worry about another trade.

Supplied and fitted kit consists of -

*Round wall plate
*Check valved tap with hose union
*copper pipe through into the house
*isolation provided for winter turn off

Total £110

Provided there is an accessible water feed inside the property, I.e under the sink, you can still have an outside Tap fitted in another location if needed but added plumbing would be required/quoted before hand.

Another Worcester going in from our budget range!

Difficult one 🤔💭 pipework all in the wall, wall been butchered, and the old boiler mainly hung on expanding foam 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ply wood the wall aiming to miss the b***y trap pipes and cables.

Install Worcester 1000, new flue and an as best as possible pipe work tidy up incorporating an Adey Magnaclean filter, ESI wireless control chemical cleanse and inhibit the system cracking little boilers these and at a great price!
