An extra careful rip out today of the customers existing furniture. 🔨
This end panel was carefully removed, taken back to the workshop and cut down for the customer to keep. 🤗

Following on from the previous post, here you can see the first fix of installation. Of todays job in Manchester.
You will see the LED internal lights fitted within the robes. Rebated in each panel for a flush finish, activated when opening the door via a sensor. A modern alternative to overhead downlights.

This week I’m going to show you a job from start to finish. From when the raw materials arrive, right through to manufacture and installation.
Here are the first few snippets.
These photos show the materials on our workshop bench, the process it goes through being cut to spec, right before being loaded on to the van and being installed.
I hope you’ll appreciate the work that goes into each aspect of our production.
