This forms part of our 2022 Equality Action Plan and is supported by a number of important initiatives throughout the year to strengthen our commitment to make our workplace and gyms truly inclusive for LGBTQ+ people.

Try these Glute Exercises! 💪🏼
Here’s four fantastic banded glute exercises you can do as part of your workout or as a glute activation circuit before a glutes session 🍑
4x 12-15reps per exercise either individually or put them together as a circuit🍑
🟠Glute Bridges: Pushing outwards against the band throughout the entire movement, feet hip width or wider, push through your heels drive your bum up & squeeze as hard as you can at the top of each rep🔥
🔵Abductions: Sitting up in a firm position, feet close, push knees outward against the band as hard as you can, pause each rep to really feel those glutes🔥
🔴Kickbacks: Do one leg at a time, kick your foot upwards towards the ceiling, strong kick pulling hard again the band, control your leg back parallel with your standing leg🔥
🟢Cha Cha: Holding on firmly to a rack or our sleds, body hinged over slightly, one leg at a time, quick stepping firmly back & outwards🔥
