We work in conjunction with Forth Valley Disability Sport and promote inclusion throughout.

GOGA Forth Valley supports adults to become active through free, low level activity such as walking, solo & adaptive cycling, fun fitness, and multisport events.

Scottish Disability Sport introduce WHEELS TO STADIUM🦽

This is a a wheelchair multi-sport engagement event, with many different sports to give a try - Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boccia, Curling, Rowing, Shooting (laser), Swimming and Wheelchair Skills. It is aimed at participants of all ages who use a wheelchair to engage in sport.

This isn’t going to deter us, there will be a big bike revival coming up in May, stay tuned!

We are DELIGHTED to welcome back our GOGA Cycling sessions, starting with our ‘Big Bike Revival’!🚲

This will be in Zetland Park alongside the Zetland Park Regeneration Project, where our sessions will run in the future.

Come along for some fun at the activity day, where there will be many sports and activities to try out - we’ll be there from 12-3pm🌳

🚲Things are in the works with our adaptive cycling sessions! This year, we’ll be hosting the sessions in Zetland Park in Grangemouth alongside the Zetland Park Regeneration Project.

Zetland park have bike facilities with the Forth Bikes, so having an adapted option will allow for everyone to be involved with cycling🌳

These sessions will be starting in the coming months, stay tuned here and on our Forth Valley Disability Sport page!⏳

With our Get Out Get Active cycling sessions returning in the Spring, we need your help!
Volunteers keep these sessions running, assisting the participants with the adapted bikes, and supporting setting up the bikes for each session.

🚲Volunteers will receive training on using the adapted bikes to become cycle leaders 🚲

This is a great way of becoming involved with the community, and staying active while making a positive difference💪

Volunteers would be required on Thursdays and the sessions will run weekly.
